Step 03
Offer & close
Whether we're writing the offer or fielding them, I run the negotiation in your language and walk you through every clause. Closings shouldn't feel like a quiz.
Step 04
After the move
Trades, contractors, school catchments, even the right strata bylaws to read first. The hard part isn't getting the keys.
